Its currently raining here. I first awoke about 2:00 a.m. hearing the thunder and then seeing the lighting. I love overnight thunderstorms. There is some sense of excitement. I slept but still listened for tornado sirens that might have alerted to take shelter. Tula came to snuggle because she doesnt like the thunder.
We are supposed to go to a baseball game this afternoon, but Im not sure if it is still going to happen or not. If there is too much water on the field, I doubt the ball players can do their thing. I was kindof looking forward to a warm afternoon with my new sunglasses and a beer to go with my ballpark hotdog. Maybe it will still happen. For now, Im hoping it will still happen. Play Ball!
