Feeling Froggy

Frogs were the theme for today's baby shower at the office. I had a great time making these cupcakes - they were fairly simple yet detailed at the same time.

I drove back home last night thinking about what to do with them once I made the green icing for a frog. A whimsical outcome, often times needs a bit of a practice session before the final product. It was late though when I got home and with the news on the television in the background it was time to squeeze the tube and find the solution.

The solution was sitting frogs on blue icing with a lilly pad over to the side... I hope that the expecting couple enjoyed them. I thought they were fun.
